Bringing the Sizzle Back
July 2 @ 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Has an empty nest, retirement, or menopause affected your love life?
Do you wish you felt more intimately connected to your spouse?
Different seasons of life naturally present new challenges to enjoying intimacy in marriage. In the second half of life, our bodies experience changes that leave us facing unique challenges in our relationship with our spouse. These struggles, combined with unrealistic romance goals shaped by the media, can become common roadblocks to intimacy, leaving us feeling discouraged and hopeless.
Our friend Sandi Goforth, author and speaker on marriage intimacy, will discuss common problems with intimacy that couples face and share how to nurture marital joy and intimacy through 5 practical and simple steps you can do to make a difference today.
Sandi will also share her personal journey of reclaiming joy and connection, even after life threatening health diagnosis that often lead to a lack of intimacy. Romance and physical intimacy can both, equally, lead to a more joy filled marriage and help bring couples closer, despite the challenges in life.
Your marriage can be something glorious – even more so as time marches on!”
This online experience is geared for a women’s perspective but can be beneficial for couples to attend together as well. This one hour session includes helpful teaching from Sandi Goforth, two Q&A segments with the audience, and extension resources for further encouragement on this topic. _____________________________________________________________________________________________
